Market Share Protection Program

Market Share is the percentage of all retail employers in our jurisdiction that are Union. The strength of this Union Local is directly related to maintaining a high level of market share. The economic strength of our communities is directly related to earning better wages. If our market share decreases, so too does our bargaining power. If nonUnion employers increase, their lesser wages paid will weaken our communities.

Participation in this program is essential for Local 324 Union Stewards and all other Local 324 members eager to get involved in efforts to protect our industry leading standards.
