Albertsons Off-the Clock Lawsuit Settlement

After nearly a decade of litigation an agreement-in-principle has been entered into, therefore concluding the Albertsons Off-the-Clock suit.
Albertsons is paying $53.3 million to be apportioned among claimants. Claimants are now receiving their settlement payments.
